Last June, PCM brought you the news that Cartoon Network is rebooting Thundercats, the classic animated series from the 1980s. While Lion-0, Panthro, Cheetara, Mumm-ra and others won’t be returning to TV until later this year, the first official trailer for the series is available to watch now! Hit the jump to check it out!

Definitely digging the anime style of the series. My only hope is that what happened to the reboot of Master of the Universe back in 2002 will not happen to this.
