Millennium actors Lance Henriksen and Klea Scott, along with The X-Files/Millennium music composer Mark Snow, hopped on board as judges to pick the top three winners, who received various prizes such as the Millennium Complete Series DVD boxed set. Scream 4

I have a soft spot for the Scream movies. They are kind of a guilty pleasure for me. But for some reason, I have not posted anything about the newest movie in the franchise, Scream 4, which recently wrapped principal photography in my home state of Michigan.

So, here for your viewing pleasure, is a behind-the-scenes look from Entertainment Tonight at the new movie, which hits theaters nationwide April 15, 2011. As /Film points out, the video doesn’t really enlighten us very much, but it is a first look at Ghostface in action. Hit the jump to watch!

Dave Filoni, Supervising Director for Cartoon Network’s Star Wars: The Clone Wars animated series, found out at Star Wars Celebration V that a brief clip from ARC Troopers (the second episode from Season 3, which debuted this past Friday) would be censored from the final cut. While it was very short, it was supposedly a very cool moment that they were pretty sad about, and that this was the one and only instance where Cartoon Network ever specifically censored anything for the show.

Anyhow, the clip has made its way online for your viewing pleasure. Yes, it is extremely brief, but kind of cool too. Check out “Asajj’s Deadly Kiss” after the jump!

xfiles_ad_01

The X-Files 3 in 2012 is a Facebook page that was created by fans of The X-Files to show support for a third theatrical film in 2012. Basically, they post images from various episodes, create fan discussion and gather as many fans as possible to raise awareness that X-Philes will not stop campaigning for a third film until it gets made. As a fan myself, I must agree with the cause.

Anyhow, they recently posted a really cool collection of magazine ads for the show, as well as the two movies. Most of these ads I had not seen before, and they pretty much have them for almost every episode. Many of them are really well done. Hit the jump to reminisce!

Johnny_Knoxville

Palladium Boots, well-known for producing “hard wearing” footwear – such as the famous “Pampa Boot” that the French Foreign Legion used back in the day to trek through the rugged terrain of the Atlas Mountains and the North African deserts – states on its website that it is a company dedicated to making quality boots to “help you explore your street, your city, or the world.”

As a part of its marketing campaign, the site contains a documentary section that essentially “explores” various underground movements, historical sites, DIY projects, etc., around famous cities and other sites that you won’t typically find in a normal tourist guide. They travel all over the world, and this time they’ve enlisted the help of Jackass’s very own Johnny Knoxville to help interview the residents of Detroit, MI to find out if the public perception of the city is true and what people are doing about it in a documentary entitled Detroit Lives.

Believe me when I say that this documentary is not what you’d typically expect from Knoxville, and is actually quite inspiring to say the least – especially to people like me who live in the Detroit area and frequent the city on occasion. I am a little late to the game in posting this, but whatever. If you haven’t watched this yet, put your boots on and hit the jump to go exploring!
